CNC Supervisor

CNC Supervisor Location: Mid Suffolk Full Time Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Manufacturing client who are actively seeking a Workshop Supervisor/Leader on a Full Time basis. Are you looking for the next step in your career? An opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to manage the day to day running of our client Precision Engineering machine shop. The role will include: Setting, operating and programming multi-axis machining centre Complete multi-tool set ups Manual checks of components Compliance to all technical documentation Milling & Turning work to a high standard Prioritising jobs based on delivery dates and the needs of the business In order to apply, you will have: A minimum of five years' experience in leadership in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge Five years plus experience as a CNC setter/operator/programmer Experience in Fanuc programming and general knowledge of G & M codes Able to read technical drawings and produce work to drawing specifications Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience on lathe and milling machines Ability to work independently and as part of team Exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines The ability to think on your feet Good Estimator (time and materials)What we offer: Work Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30 pm Free onsite parking Workplace Pension Scheme Death in service cover 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Office based Monday to Friday work schedule If you are motivated with experience in CNC Machining within the manufacturing/engineering industry, we want to hear from you Job type: Full Time Pay: £42,500 to £45,000 For more details, please contact Lindsay on (phone number removed) or email your CV
