CNC Turner

CNC Turner Contek are recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer to work in a company based in Dudley. This company are a large outfit who have been in business for decades and have a modern and clean workplace. This position you will be required to program, set and operate a Sliding Head lathe. We are open to candidates who have experience as a CNC Turner on fixed head lathes. Requirements; Program, Set and Operate a Sliding Head lathe. Ability to work from drawings. Work to tight tolerances as would be found in the Aerospace industry. Working from your own initiative or collaboratively within a team of established engineers. Desired; Experience in programming or part programming CNC Lathes using Fanuc software or similar. Can do attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work individually and as a team where required Solid engineering foundation or an served an apprenticeship.
