SAP Data and Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities: Data Ownership: Oversee the D&A domain in the ERP transformation for Pet Nutrition. Data Management: Ensure accurate data collection, cleaning, and formatting from various sources. Analysis & Reporting: Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights and present findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Predictive Modelling: Build models and algorithms using statistical and machine learning techniques for forecasting and decision-making. Data Quality: Maintain data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies. Visualization Tools: Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries to create interactive dashboards. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to address business challenges with data-driven solutions. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and data analysis techniques. Qualifications: - Education: Degree or equivalent experience; a Master's or a degree with a quantitative component is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in designing robust, agile technical solutions. Ability to creatively work with innovative data and adapt to new tools. Experience: Expertise in SAP S/4Hana transformation and working with data systems, particularly in Finance. Proven ability in handling data models, mining, and segmentation. Significant experience in large-scale global digital transformations. Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
