This is a pivotal role, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.As Finance Director, you will be responsible for: Financial Strategy: Developing and implementing the financial strategy to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. Financial Performance: Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Operational Finance: Working closely with operational teams to drive efficiency and cost reduction. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks. Team Leadership: Leading and developing a high-performing finance team. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Strong Leadership Skills: A proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
