Care Assistant Vacancies at Autumn Grange and Haddon House Nursing Home. Monarch Healthcare is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams at Autumn Grange Care Home in Creswell (S80) and Haddon House Nursing Home in Clowne (S43). At Autumn Grange , a purpose-built home, we provide high-quality care and nursing support for older adults and individuals living with dementia. Shift times are: Days: 06:45 19:00 Nights: 18:45 07:00 At Haddon House Nursing Home , we offer care and nursing support for older adults, and individuals living with dementia and complex needs. Shift times are: Days: 07:45 20:00 Nights: 19:45 08:00 Further position Details: Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Level 2 and 3 Rota: We work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
