Water Feild Technician

We are looking for a Water Field Technician who would like to help us reach our mission earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service. You will primarily be covering areas such as Salisbury / Portsmouth / Southampton / Bournemouth / Weymouth. Travel to other areas may be required at times to meet the needs of the business. As the Water Field Technician your key responsibilities are Conduct routine maintenance and inspections Liaise with office-based teams to address issues and incidents as they arise Oversee work schedules and inventory to ensure works can be completed within given timeframes Ensure that all assets comply with the technical and regulatory standards Respond to customer queries, meter exchanges and crossed meters Respond to incidents and isolate problems where possible Provide reports on works carried out to ensure they are in line with agreed SLAs About you Full UK driving license SHEA Water / CSCS or equivalent is desirable Experience of operating valves, Washouts, fire hydrants Taking pressure and flows internal and external, as well as leak detection and network auditing Experience of working on water mains networks with an understanding network drawings and schematics Knowledge of Microsoft IT Excellent communication skills when dealing with office, team and customer interactions Proactive attitude with high attention to detail What can you expect from us At least the cost of living pay increase every year Extra earning potential through a standby rota Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5% 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10 Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay £750 net of tax to refer friends and family Hybrid working for eligible roles Development opportunities to reach your career aspirations BUUK has an award-winning culture.
