Job Description
We have an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Power BI Platform Professional to join our dynamic team. This mid-senior level role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power BI Platform suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of translating business requirements into efficient and scalable Power BI solutions. Additionally, we are seeking someone with a minimum of three years of people management or leadership experience to lead and mentor our team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI Platform solutions tailored to specific business needs. Customize and configure Power BI applications to optimize functionality. Manage and drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures. Ensure seamless integration of Power BI solutions with existing systems and applications. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Qualifications: Recognized three-year Diploma or Degree in Technology or a related field. Microsoft Power Platform certifications or equivalent experience. Minimum 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions. Minimum 3 years of people management or leadership experience. Proficiency in data modeling, DAX formulas, and data visualization best practices. Strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Skills Required: Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems using connectors and APIs.
