PACKING COORDINATOR (PRODUCTION) Ogies, Mpumalanga Role description: Responsible for managing the packaging operation in order to pack product to the correct quality and model stock, to optimize productivity, utilizing the equipment in a safe and effective manner achieving installed capacity. Requirements: Grade 12 Min 5 years packaging experience in production environment 2 years at management level (FMCG Food Manufacturing) Technical background will be beneficial. Experience on Packing Machinery (Form Fill & Seal) Computer Literacy. (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Supervisor / Management training / Skills Own Transport & must be able to work shifts Customer service orientated and quality Drive continuous improvement processes Focus on quality, problem solving, Productivity focussed. Budgeting & Cost management Candidate must reside in surrounding areas or willing to relocate
