Junior Quantity Surveyor

Hire Resolve is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's consultancy team in Cape Town. If you have 3 years of experience, especially in healthcare projects, and are eager to manage complex projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Review procurement documents, bills of quantities, and cost reports. Monitor contractor and consultant performance and provide financial updates. Offer expert advice on quantity surveying matters. Manage invoicing, payment certificates, and final accounts. Oversee project cash flows and assess progress at each stage. What Were Looking For: 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally with government or healthcare projects. SACQSP registration preferred but not required. Strong skills in cost management, reporting, and contract administration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills. Why Join Them?
