Group Procurement Manager

The Role As the Group Procurement Manager , you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the procurement processes across the groups properties. You will ensure cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while maintaining the quality standards required for a world-class hospitality operation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the companys operational goals. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance with budgetary and quality standards. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and opportunities to drive cost savings. Implement and monitor procurement policies, procedures, and best practices across all properties. Collaborate with operational teams to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain. Key Requirements Min 5 years proven experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or hospitality industry Cluster or Group Procurement experience for multiple properties. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent knowledge of supply chain management and logistics. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder and supplier relationships effectively.
