Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer. At least 15 years of experience in the planning, procurement, and administration of municipal services. Valid drivers license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel to remote sites. Responsibilities: Oversee commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling, and technical risk throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in professional services tendering and agreements. Familiarity with statutory approval processes. Lead and manage multiple design teams, with a focus on mentoring junior staff. Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and people management skills. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire all team members.
