Job Description

Support the full production process, from start to final product, through enforcing quality, safety and food regulations to ensure the satisfaction of our clients, while aligning with the Global Quality Assurance guidelines. Qualification: Relevant university degree or relevant Quality Assurance diploma/courses 1-2 Year of Experience in Quality Assurance Systems of Food/Beverage Industries or Fruit Processing Plants or other related manufacturing industries Experience in implementation of GFSI norms (BRC-FSCC22000-FSI) Experience in customer support Experience training teams Manage the processing of customer complaints Manage internal non-compliance. Management of documentation (specifications and packaging specifications updated according to the production plan) Update mandatory indicators and area information systems (NC and Claims Management of the pest control program in operations.) Tracking corrective actions Support in external audits of clients and certifications. Supervise execution of the Masterplan Quality control Supplies and Sanitization Masterplan Montoring of CAPA , change controls and deviations management Responsibilities: Follow up and coordinate the closure of non-compliances for the industrial site. Effectively manage client complaints and internal non-conformities using tools defined by the company. Respond to / coordinate customer reports and information requests. Ensure that corrective actions are executed. Ensure customer quality expectations are achieved by optimizing the service offered by the company. Lead Inspections/audits in the plant, regarding Food Safety; as continous improvement tool. Conduct Food Safety Culture Guarantee compliance with GMP, Pest Control, Critical Control Points, and Safety. Management of documentation. Keep product specifications and packaging specifications updated according to the production plan, verifying customer contracts Ensure the standardization of operations and strengthen the quality assurance system by ensuring that quality relayed processes are carried out in a timely manner, minimizing deviations in the operation. Keep customer web platforms updated with information required by the company. Guarantee consistent and precise response for the IN business given the commercial needs with clients. Keep mandatory indicators and area information systems up-to-date Provide information in a timely manner for decision-making on the IN site. The management of standards: keep the procedures and specifications updated and ensure these complied with. Conduct training for operations so that the employees are trained in procedures. Management of the pest control program in operations. Follow-up of corrective actions. Guarantee the correct functioning of the service. Support in external audits of clients and certifications. Ensure that audits are carried out in a timely manner and provide support in the follow-up of non-conformities. Achieve full compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Claims to Suppliers: follow up on claims that may arise throughout the season. Provide supplier development. Generate reliable suppliers. Ensure the quality of raw materials and supplies. Oversee the execution of the masterplan quality control inputs. Ensure adequate input standards are used to reduce the level of non-conformities. Validate new inputs through adequate testing. Support execution of the Sanitization Masterplan. Ensure adequate standards of the sanitization in plant to reduce the levels of non-conformities. Create and ensure standardization in the sanitation processes in the plant. Ensure that activities within the plant are carried out under the Safety, Health and Hygiene, Environment and Quality standards. while raising awareness and preventing accidents. Ensure the physical and mental integrity of our employees. Reduce the environmental impact caused by company operations. Ensure compliance with the quality standards established by our customers. Ensure the implementation, development and compliance of the defined methodology.
