Datamatics - Solution Architect

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and manage complex business and solution requirements from various stakeholders. - Translate these requirements into detailed and comprehensive solution designs. - Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy, technology roadmap, and architectural principles. - Create robust and compliant solution architectures that meet all business and regulatory requirements. - Develop architectural designs, prototypes, and business/logical views. - Identify and define architectural patterns and best practices. - Contribute to the development and evolution of the IT strategy and target architectures. - Provide ongoing support to delivery teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Ensure solution integrity and adherence to architectural principles. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to stakeholders and delivery teams. - Maintain a deep understanding of our core platforms, their data flows, capabilities, and limitations. - Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues through presentations, documentation, and mentoring. - Champion quality and technical excellence within the Skills & Experience : - 3-4 years of professional experience in a Solutions Architecture role. - Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong understanding of architectural principles and methodologies e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework. - Experience with a variety of technologies and platforms, including cloud computing, data analytics, mobile, etc. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
