PST Shift : 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM(There will be no IST/GMT shift available for this role.) Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Survey Data Processing Specialist with expertise in "Q" programming language to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of survey data processing and be proficient in various analytical techniques and tools. Experience with Tableau and SPSS is highly recommended. Key Responsibilities : - Process and analyze market research survey data using Q programming language. - Create and interpret Frequency Tables, Nets, and Descriptive Statistics (Mean, Median, Mode). - Perform Top 2 Box, Bottom 2 Box, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis. - Apply weighting techniques to survey data. - Develop and analyze banners and perform statistical testing. - Conduct impact analysis, twinning, and norms writing. - Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation. - Utilize Tableau and SPSS for data visualization and additional analysis.
