In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of design and manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Overhaul existing workflows to improve efficiency, particularly in quoting and revision management.
- Engage directly with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies to ensure compliance and maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering objectives with business goals.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership within a relevant sector.
- Expertise in design for manufacture, regulatory compliance, and lean engineering processes.
- Exceptional people management skills, with a proven ability to overcome team challenges.
- Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with CAD, ERP systems, and industry standards.
