JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Promoting holiday reservations telephonically · Selling of the property in a professional but fun manner · Achieving of relevant targets · Meeting of guests and from time to time as means of promoting the property in an eloquent and professional manner · Working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud · Knowledge of OTAs such as Booking.com, procedures and SOPs · The ability to achieve high volumes of outbound calls · A want for self-improvement · Self-motivated · Ability to work independently as well as in a team · Eloquent mannerism · Fluent in English, both spoken and written P It is preferred that the candidate is from the Hazyview area or close surrounding area to commute everyday as this position does NOT offer accommodation.
