Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing sector. Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and drive efficiencies.
