Job Purpose As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data to provide actionable insights, creating business intelligence (BI) reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Minimum Education (Advantageous but Not Essential) While a formal qualification is not required, a degree in: Information Science Data Analytics Computer Science or a related field would be advantageous. Minimum Applicable Experience (Years) At least 2 years of experience in a BI Specialist role. Requirements (Essential) Proficiency in business intelligence tools (BI) and a strong understanding of data visualization techniques. Ability to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders. Comfortable working in an office-based role . Requirements (Advantageous) Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics. Responsibilities Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Conduct data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
