Basic Requirements: Formal Tertiary education: Trade Tested Toolmaker/Turner machinist Experience: Minimum 5 years experience on manual mill Read mechanical manufacturing drawings Must have experience in working with raw material Knowledge and experience with safety procedures within the workshop and on customer sites. Languages: English Read, write and speak (required) Afrikaans Read, write and speak (optional) Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required) Job requirements: Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly drawings and manufacturing of all items broken down to individual components Ability to operate and machine components on manual milling machines Good Communications Skills Timing and quality of finished goods Proficient on workshop equipment and machines Work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets as assigned Ability to work as a team and individually when required Be able to work under pressure Be a quick decision maker and discuss with your superior Manage the quality of each individual part manufactured for the project Support the Code of conduct, Company policies and JQS.
