Multi Trade Operative (gas safe / multitrade fireplace installer)
This role can also be self employed
We are looking to recruit a new member to our growing team. a little about us we are a family run business, with a local showroom in Worcester Park, in which we sell and install fireplaces. As part of the job roll you will be required to be out working on site everyday with a fully qualified gas and hetas engineer, where all works will be taught and shown how we expect works to be undertaken.
Multi Trade Operative- the job will envolve the following works day to day but not limited:
* ladder works to access chimneys in order to fit chimney caps and cowls and chimney pot with chimney flue liners,
* installation of fireplaces and installation of gas fire and stoves
* breakdown and service of gas fires and boilers
* chimney sweeping and general maintenance
* there will also be an aspect of general building works from breaking opening chambers and install lintels etc....
Multi Trade Operative - candidate must have the following,
* knowldge of all hand and power tools
* keen and happy to work at height with P.P.E where needed, and be confident on roofs and roof ladders as this is a must
* driving licence as van will be provided to right candidate
* be flexible on working hours, day to day work is between 8-5 Monday to Friday, but will be required to meet at the office location between 6-7 am where needed to load vans etc
