The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll take the lead on high-profile projects from stages 1–5, collaborating with a team of talented architects and consultants. Your Role

As a Project Architect, you will:

  • Lead the design process across all RIBA stages, ensuring innovation and excellence.
  • Coordinate design reviews with senior management.
  • Produce and oversee technical packages for key project phases.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.


About You

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • ARB Registration with 5–10 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education sectors.
  • Proven experience leading projects through stages 1–5.
  • Strong technical and design expertise with excellent coordination skills.
  • A thorough understanding of UK construction standards and building legislation.
  • Advanced communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD is advantageous but not essential, Revit also fine.
