One of my favourite clients, a creative marketing agency based in Bristol, is currently looking for a skilled Senior Account Manager or Account Manager ready to make a step up, to join their client services team. This marketing agency is known for delivering integrated marketing solutions to a diverse client portfolio, which includes both B2B and B2C brands. If you're passionate about marketing, enjoy creative challenges, and have a talent for client relationship management, this opportunity could be a perfect fit for you.


As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our client's marketing campaigns for their mix well known clients.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management - Create strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Campaign Strategy - Collaborate with clients to define integrated (digital, print, brand) marketing strategies and tactics aligned with their brand goals.
  • Project Management - Oversee and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborative Teamwork - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital experts, to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Data-Driven Insights - Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise creative solutions.
  • Budget Management - Manage client budgets efficiently to meet financial targets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management within a creative marketing agency, with a diverse mix of B2B and B2C client experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • A passion for creativity, marketing, and staying updated with industry trends.
