CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER - PERMANENT - SURREY
A reputable biopharmaceutical client of ours are looking for a passionate Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence at their manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Site Director and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing strategies to enhance performance across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead high-impact continuous improvement projects and coach teams for sustainable success.
- Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and uncover root causes of inefficiencies.
- Act as an internal consultant, developing and implementing long-term CI strategies.
- Mentor teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement through training and development.
- Collaborate globally to share insights and strengthen CI initiatives across sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in a similar leadership role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Expertise in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum), project management, and CI tools/methods.
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills with the ability to navigate change.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, pragmatic, and innovative with a collaborative mindset.
