Pay: Up to £20.66/hr (Umbrella)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Support customers with loan account enquiries.

• Deliver solutions with a customer-first approach.

• Handle sensitive data while adhering to GDPR regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or call centres is a must.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A background in banking, insurance, or financial services (preferred).

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
