Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Creative Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects within our product development process, with a focus on packaging and print production. In this role, you'll be the linchpin between our design, product, and operations teams, ensuring smooth project workflows and top-notch creative output. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with taking initiative, solving problems, and looking for long-term growth in an expanding role. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight & Execution: Manage the creative aspects of product packaging and print projects from concept through production. Ensure that each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure all creative projects are aligned with brand vision, product requirements, and production timelines.
• Creative Direction & Briefs: Create clear, actionable creative briefs that communicate project goals and deliverables to designers, print vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide ongoing feedback and direction to ensure brand consistency.
• Packaging & Print Expertise: Leverage experience in packaging design or print production to advise on best practices, materials, finishes, and costs, ensuring the final product reflects both functional and aesthetic goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the product development process, particularly in packaging and print, streamlining workflows and mitigating potential roadblocks.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle unexpected challenges related to design, production, and timelines, finding creative solutions and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with packaging suppliers, printers, and other external partners, ensuring the highest quality standards and smooth communication throughout the production process.
• Growth & Development: As the company grows, this role will expand to include operational responsibilities, potentially overseeing broader aspects of project management and the development of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally with a background in packaging design, print production, or product development. Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
• Creative Expertise: Strong creative background with a solid understanding of design, packaging, and print processes. You should be able to communicate design concepts and collaborate with creative teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to shifting priorities, and overcome obstacles with creative solutions.
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate project updates, feedback, and expectations to cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proactive & Self-Starter: Ability to take the initiative and work independently while managing the various moving pieces of multiple projects.
