What will you do?

• Get stuck into surveys, defect analysis, and site investigations.
• Draft specs, manage tenders, and oversee quality control and budgets.
• Advise clients and stakeholders on all the technical stuff they don’t understand.
• Use CAD (or learn to) to fine-tune project plans.
• Keep everything running smoothly, because chaos doesn’t build good buildings.
