A fast-growing IT services provider is seeking a Junior IT Technician to support multiple schools across Kent, Surrey, and South London. In this role, you will be the go-to problem-solver for teachers and students, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* 1st & 2nd Line Support
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep classrooms running.
* Windows AD & Azure AD
* Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and domain infrastructures.
* Device & MDM Management
* Configure iPads, oversee Google Workspace, and work with MDM solutions.
* MIS Support
* Provide assistance with Management Information Systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack.
* System Deployment & Maintenance
* Build images, install software, and handle upgrades across multiple sites.
* Inventory Management
* Keep accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of IT support experience
* Experience in a school or educational environment
* Full UK Driving Licence + Car (travel required)
* Eligibility to Work in the UK
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Windows AD and Azure AD
* Familiarity with MDM systems, iPads, and Google Workspace
* Working knowledge of MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Scholarpack)
