Avocet Legal Careers has an exceptional opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing department of a well-established, reputable local law firm based in Chard.
This role would suit an experienced Paralegal with specific Residential Conveyancing experience or perhaps a Law Graduate looking to start their legal career. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to join a busy team undertaking high quality Residential Conveyancing work.
Residential Conveyancing Paralegal responsibilities:
* Supporting the busy fee earners with their caseloads with a view to running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
* Dealing with work from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancing Paralegal requirements:
* You will be an experienced Paralegal with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing or you will be a Law Graduate looking to start your legal career within Residential Conveyancing
* You will be motivated and ambitious
* You will have strong communication skills
