Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Due to organic growth, this reputable law firm located in Hertfordshire are currently expanding their Litigation team.

Our client is seeking a Solicitor with experience in Litigation, with expertise in Contentious Property Litigation. Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience although less experience would be considered.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a range of litigation matters from initial instruction through to matter conclusion
• Ideally experience in service charges and ground rent debt recovery (residential and commercial)
• Breaches of covenant and general Landlord and Tenant matters is desirable.
• Reviewing claims
• Complying with Court and/or Tribunal deadlines as required
• Provide advice to clients and internally when needed
• Contributing to business development activity and networking events on behalf of the firm
• Have the ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
• Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

You will be joining a nice sized team consisting of 2 supervising solicitors, 3 solicitors and 3 paralegals.
