Job Description
Job Title : Solution Architect - Oracle HCM Experience : 10 years Location : the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Solution Architect with a deep understanding of the Oracle HCM product suite. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative and effective HCM solutions for our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical architecture, and project delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end HCM solutions across the entire Oracle HCM product suite, including but not limited to : 1. Core HR 2. Payroll (with a strong focus on Canadian Payroll) - Gather and analyze business requirements from clients, translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Develop and present solution proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and implementation roadmaps. - Ensure the alignment of solutions with client business objectives and industry best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, testers, and business analysts. - Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team throughout the project lifecycle. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the HCM space, including cloud-based solutions and emerging technologies. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization. Required Skills & Experience : - 10 years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle HCM solutions. - At least 2 successful Canada Payroll implementations with a deep understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and best practices. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Premise solutions. - Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work1 independently and as part of a team. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience with integration technologies (e., APIs, web services). - Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Desired Skills & Experience : - Oracle HCM Cloud certifications - Experience with other HCM solutions (e., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - Experience with data migration and integration projects - Experience with BI and analytics tools (ref:hirist.tech)
