Performance Test Engineer - Neoload Testing

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team as a freelancer. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance testing tools such as Neoload and JMeter. The role involves creating and executing performance test plans, analyzing test results, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. Key Responsibilities Performance Testing : - Develop and execute performance test strategies and plans. - Create and maintain test scripts using Neoload and JMeter to simulate real-world usage scenarios. Monitoring and Analysis : - Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and potential issues. - Work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance. Reporting : - Document test results, including detailed findings and recommendations. - Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tool Configuration and Customization : - Configure and maintain performance testing environments and tools. - Customize testing frameworks to suit project requirements. Collaboration : - Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. - Provide guidance on performance testing best practices. Required Skills : - Strong expertise in Neoload and JMeter for performance testing. - Proficiency in scripting and test scenario creation for load and stress testing. - Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of databases, web servers, and application performance tuning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration. Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for performance testing. - Knowledge of network protocols and tools for analyzing performance at the network level. - Familiarity with programming or scripting languages like Python, Java, or Shell scripting.
