Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain a UX writing style guide, ensuring consistency across all digital products and platforms. - Help establish content standards and best practices to enhance the overall user experience. - Provide input on content strategies for new features and updates. - Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align UX copy with broader communication strategies. - Advocate for the role of UX writing in the product development process, ensuring that user-focused copy is prioritized from the beginning of the design process. - Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and create clear, concise, and meaningful microcopy for user interfaces (e., buttons, tooltips, navigation labels). - Develop copy for error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, and all other touchpoints within the user journey. - Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring that content is accessible and user-centered. - Participate in user research sessions to gain insights into user behavior and pain points. - Use feedback and data from usability tests to iterate and refine content. - Collaborate with research teams to identify opportunities to improve user comprehension and engagement through better copy. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field. - 5 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or related role within a digital product environment. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an emphasis on clarity and simplicity. - Experience working with UX/UI teams and a deep understanding of how copy impacts design and user behavior. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered writing and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with wireframing tools (e., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and content management systems (CMS). - Knowledge of user experience best practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards (e., WCAG). - Experience conducting user research and content testing. - Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
