Growth Marketing Manager - Retail tech

  • Circa £50k + benefits and bonus
  • hybrid working - Central London

The Role

  • Newly created - reporting to Commercial Director
  • Managing all marking routes to success - Paid SEO / Digital / events / content / social / outreach
  • Working hand in hand with the sales team to provide structure and campaigns to drive customer acquisition
  • Working with 1st party data to deliver quality insights for customer attraction
  • Own the events program
  • Own the budget (decent)
  • working to clear and measurable objectives for client awareness and sales growth


The person

  • Ideally have experience of marketing to retailer customers or data services within a consumer pool
  • Proven track record in building disruptive digital campaigns from the ground up
  • Used to working to commercial KPIs and interpreting marketing plans to achieve financial targets
  • experience of search marketing and SEO
  • comfortable in presenting and integrating plans with sales teams
  • a true team player and collaborator
  • creative and naturally entrepreneurial
