As a Social Work Assistant with Cardiff Children's Services, you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is eager to make a positive impact on children's lives. You possess relevant qualifications and experience, particularly in areas such as youth services, speech and language, occupational therapy, counselling, or delivering CBT/DBT skills. Your expertise in these areas may qualify you for a premium hourly wage.

What the Job Involves

In this role, you will work within one of the Children's Services teams, such as Locality or Pre-Birth, collaborating with an established and supportive group under the guidance of the Principal Social Worker (PSW) and Team Manager. You will take responsibility for the allocation of a small caseload, ensuring the effective delivery of services tailored to the needs of your designated team.
