Job Description
Guest Services & Experience Deliver exceptional guest services to ensure satisfaction. Foster strong relationships with regular customers. Innovate and implement bi-weekly specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor and actively engage on social media to post updates, specials, and events. Represent the restaurant at local food events to enhance its profile. Address customer questions and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Staff Management Organize and oversee staff schedules to ensure smooth operations. Lead and inspire a team by delegating effectively and nurturing talent. Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees. Conduct staff training, regular evaluations, and performance reviews. Operational Management Oversee the Executive Chefs adherence to food cost guidelines and inventory control. Regularly inspect supplier deliveries to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Implement cost-control measures and reduce waste. Monitor daily operations and promptly address any challenges or inefficiencies. Develop and execute innovative strategies to increase productivity and drive floor sales.
