Role: Regulatory and Technical Manager

Location: Oxfordshire, hybrid & flexible working offered.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

s seeking a Regulatory & Technical Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role is integral to ensuring their product portfolio meets global regulatory standards while supporting R&D efforts to deliver cutting-edge, compliant products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Expertise: Oversee compliance with global regulations for cosmetics, personal care, and related product lines. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and advise internal teams on their impact.
• Product Compliance: Manage safety assessments, claims substantiation, and regulatory submissions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and operations to ensure product development aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Audits: Maintain meticulous documentation for regulatory filings and participate in internal and external audits.
• Technical Insights: Provide technical support to ensure product formulations meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

The Right Candidate:

• A strong background in regulatory affairs within the beauty, personal care, or related industries. (4+years)
• Solid understanding of global regulations (e.g. UK, EU & US)
• A degree in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
