Job Description
Possible duties: Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering. Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B professionals to deliver outstanding service. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design innovative menus that reflect the hotels brand and appeal to guests. Manage inventory, suppliers, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards. Drive profitability by analyzing sales trends, setting budgets, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experiences. Build strong relationships with guests, handling feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Monitor and improve operational efficiency through effective scheduling, staff allocation, and resource management. Prepare and present detailed financial and performance reports to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end or boutique hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and guest service standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in F&B management software and financial reporting tools. Knowledge of local and international food and beverage trends. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
