Job Description

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

For our central Transfer Pricing Team based in Katowice we are looking for open-minded, ambitious and experienced TP Specialist who will support and contribute to our key TP projects.


Key projects:



  • Transfer pricing compliance including preparation of Local and Master Files and benchmarking studies, review Group intercompany changes, seek for efficiencies and improvements of end-to-end TP documentation process

  • Manage intercompany contracts: setting up intercompany contracts in cooperation with other SGS teams

  • Review and adaptation of TP policies: follow OECD Guidelines and assess impact on TP model; ongoing review of existing TP policies; use of external solutions e.g. Moody’s or BvD

  • Assistance in avoiding and resolving disputes (audits, APAs): Assist in information and data collection for TP audits, review of documentation prior to submission, work closely with external consultants as required

  • Business partnering and regional support: Advise on complex TP cases, identify risks, build knowledge on TP aspects of the business

  • Support to M&A process: Business review and integration to the TP models

  • Transfer pricing data management: implementation of TP technologies into daily processes; ensuring efficient use of TP solutions


WYMAGANIA:

This role is perfect for you if you have :



  • minimum 1 year of experience in the Transfer Pricing field - for the Specialist position; broader Transfer Pricing experience would be an asset since we offer both Specialist and Senior Specialist positions (level dependent on knowledge and experience)

  • A university degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Law, or related)

  • fluent in English both written and spoken

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment

  • High-developed analytical skills and an eye for detail

  • Very good cooperation and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment

  • Experience in preparation of benchmarking studies will be an asset
