Drive Strategic Growth : Set and execute country strategies, achieving business targets through innovative solutions and new opportunities. Lead Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, government institutions, and industry stakeholders. Champion Market Development : Monitor industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and position the organization as a leader in the payments ecosystem. Foster Collaboration : Partner with regional and global teams to align resources, ensure compliance, and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement country-specific strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth. Lead engagements with regulatory bodies, central banks, and key financial institutions. Monitor competitive landscapes and adapt strategies to protect existing business while seizing new opportunities. Represent the organization in public forums, shaping perceptions and fostering trust. Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and budgeting to align with business objectives. What Were Looking For: Experience : 12 years in payments, banking, financial services, fintech, or related sectors. Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent. Skills : Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, client management, and market analysis. Characteristics : Visionary thinker, strong communicator, and collaborative leader with the highest ethical standards.
