Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Management: Actively engage with staff and operations to provide support and guidance, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to audits, hygiene standards, and brand operational specifications, maintaining the integrity of our brand. Staff Management: Oversee staff performance, training, and development, ensuring a high level of service and product quality, particularly with R638 Food Safety Protocols. Stock Control: Manage and control stock losses effectively, implementing measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory management. Availability: Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, including religious holidays, to meet business needs. Requirements: Education: Matric (Grade 12) essential. Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Management is advantageous. Experience: Previous experience within the Fast Food or Food Preparation Industry is a significant advantage. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
