Job Description
Xpert Resourcing is working with a growing manufacturing company who are looking to add a Bench Joiner to their team. Previous carpentry and bench joinery experience is required as the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running due to a full order book.
Duties to include:
* Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications
* Assemble and install joinery components such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters and furniture
* Work from production drawings to produce and assemble products
* Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
* Traditional joinery, window and doors
Skills Required:
* Experience in joinery or a related field is preferred
* Knowledge of different types of joinery techniques and materials
* Ability to read production drawings
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools
* Attention to detail and precision
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 40 hours per week
This role is workshop based with some occasional site fitting. You must be able to work from production drawings.
