Job Description
My client is searching for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their Burnley, Lancashire or Colne, Lancashire offices.
The role:
• The successful candidate will be able to deal with publicly funded family law matters, with particular focus upon Divorce and Private Child arrangements.
• We will consider applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners for this role.
• Membership of Resolution and/or Panel Memberships would be an advantage, but not essential.
• This is a full-time position.
• Experience in civil litigation would be advantageous.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years Post Qualification Experience within Family Law is preferred, although experience prior to qualification would also be taken into account.
• Candidates with previous experience working as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Fee Earner will be considered for this role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Developed advocacy skills would be an advantage.
• High level of self-motivation and drive.
• Confident ability to run and develop your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative approach, with a focus on maintaining excellent internal and external relationships and promotion of the Firm.
