* Ownership of technical products and projects – actively engaging with various business functions to leverage knowledge and exposure.
* Exercising judgment and insight to understand the true business needs beyond the stated requirements.
* Challenging current systems and processes to achieve common goals through technical excellence and innovation.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry and technology trends to ensure we stay at the forefront of advancements.
* Having an impact from day one – empowering and trusting developers to leverage their skill sets.
What Makes a Great Candidate
* Programming and technology skills, including recent experience with languages such as C#/.Net, Java, or Python.
* Exposure with SQL databases.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
* Passion for programming and technology, with an appetite to work in a dynamic and integrated team.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take ownership, solve problems, and thrive on innovation.
* Clear and professional communication skills with both clients and team members.
* A minimum 2.1 degree in Computer Science or a related field (ideally from a well-regarded university)
