Dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant's (SEN TA's) to support children and young people in from Key Stage 1 to 4 who have autism and related social, emotional, and mental health challenges. These needs can significantly impact their emotional well-being and create barriers to learning.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should:
* Have experience or a passion for working with children with SEN
* Be flexible, proactive and patient
* Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
* Be able to communicate effectively within a team
* Be open to providing personal care
* Have a Background in Education, Care, Psychology or Drama, as these are very transferable.
