They are flexible with regards to fitting the right candidate into the right role dynamic. Ultimately, the role can be put together on an individual and bespoke basis, commensurate with experience.
Mortgage Advisor - Employed or Self Employed - Scope of Role:

Mortgage Advisor - Employed or Self Employed - The Package:
Employed:
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience and evidence of banking performance
Year 1 OTE: £50,000 - £55,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
Year 2+ OTE: £60,000 - £75,000 uncapped On Target Earnings
Self-Employed:
Year 1 OTE: £60,000 - £70,000+ uncapped On Target Earnings
Year 2+ OTE: £80,000 - £100,000 uncapped On Target Earnings
