Maintenance Engineer - Facilities Management
Alecto Recruitment is working on behalf of our client who are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer / Plumber.
Our client is a very established but growing facilities management business with over 25 years experience.
Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer.
Salary:
£32,000 - £33,000

The Role:
Trouble-shoot and repair equipment issues with the least amount of disruption to the site
Carry out scheduled preventative planned maintenance work
Manage first line response to any associated service request
Minor decoration and refurbishment
Unblock sinks, toilets and drains as required
Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks etc
Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closers
Key Skills:
Work experience as a maintenance assistant or similar role
Proven property / building maintenance experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decoration works
Previous experience of PPM and reporting of PPM activities and breakdowns
Ability to take on high levels of responsibility
Be enthusiastic and motivated
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
