Technical Support Engineer - Automotive Technology - C++

We’re searching for a Technical Support Engineer to work with cutting-edge automotive technology and world-leading clients. This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenges and customer interaction, providing support, training, and demonstrations for innovative robotic and software systems.
If you have a relevant technical degree, solid coding skills in C++, and enjoy working directly with customers, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical guidance on the installation, configuration, and operation of robotic systems. Solve complex technical issues using your expertise in C++ programming and system diagnostics.
• On-Site & Remote Support: Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting, training, and system demonstrations to clients across the globe.
• Customer-Focused Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to help customers maximize the potential of their systems.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
• Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal engineering, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in C++ programming, with experience in coding and debugging technical applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in robotics, sensors, actuators, or control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deliver training and presentations.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site support and training.
