Job Description
Gleeson Recruitment Group have been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Manager with a background in IT Operations to join a growing business in the Midlands. This role will oversee the running of the Infrastructure and Operations function across technology for the business.
The role will include line management of a growing team of up to 20 across various business areas that sit within infrastructure and IT operations. The successful candidate will also be heavily involved with third party management, so previous vendor management experience will be key to be successful in this role.
This role will see some hands on work within areas, however strong managerial experience is important to drive forward the team and managerial experience dealing with various skill sets across infrastructure and operations is also key.
As with most growing businesses, transformation is at the forefront so previous experience of going through technology transformations will be a significant factor for this role.
Experience of leading cloud adoption is a key factor for this role and building cloud management solutions.
