Job Description
Think Trevor James are working with a fast-growing firm in the North West who are looking to add Audit & Accounts Manager to their Audit team. The right person will have the opportunity to work within an established firm and build on their skills through working with a diverse client base.

Role Requirements.
* Hold ACA or ACCA qualification, with management experience
* Have handled a variety of audits, including those for owner-managed businesses
* Possess strong technical skills, with familiarity in CCH preferred
* Be an excellent leader who motivates and inspires the team
Responsibilities of the Audit & Accounts Manager
* Take full ownership of client accounts and audits, overseeing the process from start to finish
* Collaborate with directors to identify opportunities and deliver valuable advice
* Build strong, long-term relationships, becoming the trusted advisor for clients
* Exceed client expectations daily by deeply understanding their business needs
* Mentor and support the development of trainees and senior team members
