The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships within the US Chemicals and Polymers industry. You will leverage your expertise to source high-calibre candidates, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and contribute to the continued success of our business in this competitive market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with exposure to the US market – however those without who are looking for an exciting new challenge will be considered equally.
• Previous experience working in STEM recruitment would preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to recruitment.
